I bring over two decades of corporate leadership experience to my mission of empowering the next generation of young women entering the workforce. Throughout my career, I was often the only woman—and frequently the only woman of color—in high-stakes, C-suite conversations. Those experiences shaped not only how I lead, but how I now coach young women to show up with confidence, presence, and authenticity in spaces where they are underrepresented.

I understand firsthand what it takes to navigate corporate environments that were not designed with young women in mind. My coaching is rooted in lived experience, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to helping emerging women leaders build the confidence and clarity they need to succeed—without shrinking, code-switching, or losing themselves in the process.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree, an MBA, and a Leadership & Executive Education Certification from the Wharton School of Executive Education at the University of Pennsylvania, one of the world’s premier institutions for leadership development. My academic foundation, combined with decades of global leadership experience, equips me to deliver coaching that is both strategic and deeply personal.
